The Marbella Hilton Garden Inn & Homewood Suites sits on 4 acre parcel near Lake Buena Vista in Orlando.  Both hotels are 7 stories in height, have a combined 267 rooms, 200,000 square feet, extensive meeting space, and joint amenities including a fitness center, pool, and sports court between the properties.  

VJA provided pre-construction value engineering, subcontractor bidding, and general contracting services.  The construction of both buildings included a concrete block exterior with stucco and precast plank floors.  The buildings utilize the latest in mechanical systems with on-demand heaters and Daikin air conditioners in common areas.  VJA recommended these cost saving techniques as a value engineering alternative to the client.
